Announcing New GPS enabled MAGTM Docking Station

for the Panasonic Toughbook 31 Computer

Stevens Point, WI – January 12, 2012– Gamber-Johnson, an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of rugged docking stations and vehicle mounting, announces a new MAG Dock for the Panasonic Toughbook 31.  Same great MAG Dock but now with a GPS module built-in.

The new GPS enabled MAG Dock utilizes US FleetTracking's web-interface and GPS technology.  The web-interface offers real time tracking with a 5 or 10 second refresh rate.  Because the interface is web-based, you can track fleets from any computer or any mobile, handheld or tablet device with an internet connection.

The GPS docking station has 4 digital outputs and 3 analog inputs that can be customized to alert both dispatch and the vehicle driver.  Some outputs include locking or unlocking doors, honk the horn or flash the lights while some inputs include monitoring sirens, lights or even shot gun release.

The GPS docking station is available only with an internal 120W Lind power supply.
