At Gamber-Johnson, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. However, when problems arise, support for your docking station is only a phone call away.
Gamber-Johnson’s technical support team will assist you in diagnosing the problem and, if necessary, will assist you with an RMA number, perform the needed repair and testing, and return the product. Return for Repair (RFR)
An RMA number must be obtained from Gamber‐Johnson prior to the return of any product for Warranty or Non Warranty repairs. A diagnostic fee will be charged per docking station and applied to the cost of the repair. If the customer decides not to repair the unit, the fee will be billed to the customer.

Return to Stock (RTS)
Product being returned for credit due to customer purchasing or shipping error must be returned within 30 days of ship date. An RMA number must be obtained from Gamber‐Johnson prior to the return of any merchandise. Products purchased through a distributor of Gamber-Johnson must have the RMA number obtained by the distributor from Gamber‐Johnson. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee of 15% of goods returned will be assessed. Additional costs may apply in unusual circumstances (e.g. large order quantities). We will do our best to work with you in good faith to minimize the cost. Product not in resalable condition or custom orders cannot be returned.

Repairs completed by Gamber‐Johnson are warranted for a period of 90 days from completion of repair (unless otherwise specifically stated) or the balance of the warranty remaining on the product; whichever is longer. All other terms and conditions remain the same as set forth in the warranty above.
Mounting Systems (non-electronic)
Gamber-Johnson is committed to providing service/repair on your mounting system for the life of the product within the warranty policy guidelines. We will repair, replace with an equivalent product, or refund your purchase price of any defect found in material or workmanship of any nonconforming product.
Mobile Docking Stations
Gamber-Johnson is committed to providing service/repair on all mobile docking stations for a minimum of five (5) years after last order date LOD. Our ability to provide this service is dependent on availability of electronic products from our OEM suppliers.
