The 13" Lower Tube Assembly is designed to attach to the vehicle base of a pedestal system and give your solution up to 18.25" of height adjustment when installed with an upper pole.
Placement
- Any MCS Top Plate or Vehicle Base without a welded pole

- From 13.0 in - 18.25 in / 33.02 cm - 46.4 cm - Adjustment includes upper pole
