Executive Team

Gautam Malik

CEO

Gautam has been with the company since 2004 and part of leadership team since 2009. He oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company. In addition, he is responsible for international sales, distribution, and the quick response office cell that diversifies the company’s portfolio. Gautam has a passion for lean manufacturing and has been leading the lean transformation at Gamber-Johnson for 12 years.

Gautam holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune, India; and a master's of engineering in manufacturing engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a certified quality auditor, a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality, and holds a lean certificate from the University of Kentucky.

Mathew Snyder

CFO

Mathew joined the executive leadership team in 2021 and oversees accounting, finance, tax, audit, insurance and IT for Gamber Johnson. He started his career as a tax accountant in the public sector before stepping in to a cost controller role at Kerry Group. Additionally, Mathew has held roles in shared services, corporate finance, and sales controlling. Prior to joining the company, he was the Director of Finance for the North American business unit at Wacker Neuson Group. Mathew holds both a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also has a CPA license in the state of Wisconsin.

Jason Lewandowski

General Manager

Since 2007, Jason has managed the company's engineering and product development efforts. He also oversees product cells that manage several Gamber-Johnson product portfolios. Before being appointed the general manager role, Jason held the title of vice president of engineering and, before that, design engineer and was responsible for designing products for various product lines. These previous roles within Gamber-Johnson have prepared Jason for his current function as General Manager.

Jason holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology management and a project management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
